Our minimum order is $25


We will be paying all ground freight charges to any point in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) as long as we are able to ship the order by UPS and the order exceeds $75. (Orders under $75 will carry a surcharge of $14.95.)

There are no hidden expenses as our product prices are your only cost. Our Free Ground Freight Policy represents a considerable savings to you. For example, if you were to buy a single side of leather from anyone else in the trade, you would be billed at least fifteen additional dollars for shipping and handling. That translates to saving you about 60 cents/foot at Siegel of California. Even if you purchase a couple of pallets of leather (typically 5,000-10,000 ft) our price includes the freight charges. There are no additional expenses. Our Free Ground Freight Policy does not apply to shipments made by USPS (United States Postal Service), or to some special orders for items or quantities not listed in our catalogue or website.


We have the best guarantee in the business. If for any reason you don't want the merchandise, just return it for a full refund, no questions asked. The leather must not be cut or damaged in any way. If the merchandise was not the quality that you expected, we will pay the freight in both directions and you won't be out a penny!


Broker and international shipping fees have led most of our Canadian and International customers to request Parcel Post over UPS. The trade-off here is a longer delivery time and no means of tracking packages.

Within 15 days from receipt of package:
Customer must request a call tag within this time period for the return freight to be paid. Siegel of California, will provide a call tag on the condition that the merchandise received does not meet the comments/description of the merchandise shipped.

Example #1:  Order is for leathr with comment that leather is to be used for chaps. Leather received does not have sufficient clear cutting area to cut chaps.  Call tag will be supplied as long as request made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise

Example #2: Order is for leather with comment that leather is being used for garments. Leather received is not suitable for garments because of temper, or other obvious reason. Call tag will be supplied as long as request made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise

Example #3:  Order is for leather in a medium brown shade, customer has not supplied swatch to match, substance is correct, temper, type of leather and cutting yield of leather meets specs on comments. Customer does not like shade of medium brown. Call tag WILL NOT be supplied. Customer is responsible for return freight. 

Within 15-30 days from receipt of package:
Customer pays for return freight, but a full refund will be given.

Over 30 days from receipt of package:
We reserve the right to accept, or not accept, the return. Customer is responsible for return freight plus a 10% restocking fee.

Below or minimum order size ($75)
If your return causes your order to drop below our minimum order size we will subtract the minimum order fee ($14.95) from your balance. For example, if you order $85 and return $35 of the order, we will subtract $14.95 from your balance. You may order additional items to increase the new balance and avoid the minimum order charges. If you return an ENTIRE shipment within the 15-day period, we will not charge you any fees.

Over 60 days from receipt of package:
No returns will be accepted.

We accept the following forms of payment:

VISA, MasterCard, C.O.D. (subject to $10.00 fee), or Net 15, Net 30, Net 45 (subject to approval of credit department)


When shipping C.O.D., we accept company/personal checks only on the second or later orders, subject to approval of the credit department.
